These terms apply to consumer purchases through our online store and to use of the website. Please read them alongside our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.

Products

We take reasonable care to describe our products accurately. Please check the product description, size information, materials and care instructions before ordering.

Colours may appear differently between screens. This does not affect your right to receive goods that match their description.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Delivery charges and the total payable are shown before you place your order.

KAHUNA is not currently VAT registered

If our VAT status changes, we will update our pricing and business information as required. This will not retrospectively increase the agreed total for an order we have already accepted.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment must be authorised before goods are dispatched.

Do not send full payment card details by email or through our contact form.

Placing an order

Select your products and options, add them to your basket, and review your order before completing checkout.

Please check your items, sizes, quantities, contact details and delivery address. Contact us promptly if you notice an error after ordering. We will help where possible, although changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email accepting your order.

If we cannot accept your order, we will tell you and refund any payment already taken without undue delay.

If we identify a pricing or description error before accepting an order, we will explain the error and give you the choice of proceeding with the corrected information or cancelling for a refund. We will not charge a higher amount without your agreement.

Delivery

Available delivery destinations, methods, charges and estimated times are shown during checkout or in our Shipping Policy.

We will deliver within the agreed period. Unless a different period has been agreed, delivery will take place without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being formed.

If delivery is delayed, contact us so we can investigate. Your legal rights concerning late delivery remain unaffected.

Goods remain our responsibility until they come into your physical possession, or that of a person you nominate to receive them, subject to applicable law.

Cancellation and returns

For most online purchases, you can notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days starting the day after you receive your goods. You then have a further 14 days to send them back.

Statutory exceptions can apply, including to clearly personalised goods and certain sealed hygiene goods once unsealed.

Please read our Return and Refund Policy for the full cancellation process, return costs, refund arrangements and optional cancellation form.

Contact us before returning goods so we can issue a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and confirm the return instructions. Include the RAN inside your parcel.

A RAN helps us identify and process your return. It is not a condition of exercising your statutory rights, and a missing RAN does not invalidate an otherwise valid statutory return.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and as described.

Contact us if an item is faulty, damaged on delivery, incorrect or not as described. Your remedies may include a refund, repair or replacement, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Our Return and Refund Policy explains the process. Any KAHUNA warranty is additional to your statutory rights and does not replace or shorten them.

Offers and promotions

Any conditions specific to an offer will be stated with that offer. These may include eligibility, expiry dates, qualifying products and usage limits.

Promotional conditions do not restrict your statutory rights. Goods bought at a reduced price retain the same legal protections as other purchases.

Accounts and website use

Please provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must not use the website unlawfully, impersonate another person, introduce malicious software or attempt unauthorised access.

We may temporarily restrict website access for maintenance or security reasons. This does not remove our obligations for orders already accepted.

Intellectual property

KAHUNA branding, logos, photographs, designs and website content are owned by us or used with permission, unless otherwise stated. KAHUNA is a Registered Trade Mark.

You may view, save and print information for personal shopping purposes. Commercial copying or use requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used.

Our Cookies Policy and cookie settings explain the use of cookies and similar technologies and the choices available to you.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Nothing in these terms restricts liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under consumer law.

Complaints

Please send complaints to sales@kahuna.ie or write to our business address above. Include your order number where available and explain the issue and the outcome you are seeking.

We will investigate and respond. Contacting us does not prevent you from exercising your legal rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Northern Ireland law.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in your local courts that applicable law provides.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version in force when your order is accepted applies to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
